This document outlines the terms and conditions (“Terms”) for the use of the white-labelled online mastering service (“Service”) provided by one of our partners (“Partner”), powered by Masterchannel AS (“Masterchannel”). By using the Service, you (“User”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Service.
Service Provider and Data Handling
Masterchannel AS (“Masterchannel”) acts as the service provider on behalf of Partner to offer the online mastering service.
Masterchannel handles all payment processing and data handling related to the Service.

Usage of the Service
The Service allows Users to upload their audio files to generate a free preview of a master.
The free preview of the master is provided as is and does not guarantee the quality of the final output.
Users have the option to purchase and download the full resolution master after payment.
The Service is provided on an as-is basis. Masterchannel and Partner do not guarantee future updates, the quality of the output, or assume responsibility for any misuse of the Service.
User Responsibility
Users must ensure that they have the right to upload the audio content to the Service.
By uploading content, Users confirm that they have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and rights to use the material.
Users are solely responsible for any copyright infringement or legal issues arising from the content they upload to the Service.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be granted for reasons other than technical errors in the full resolution master.
Users seeking a refund must contact the support team at Masterchannel within 24 hours of purchasing the full resolution master.
Even if you fall outside of the refund guidelines, feel free to submit a request, and we will review it.
Limitation of Liability
Masterchannel and Partner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service or the inability to use the Service.
Masterchannel and Partner shall not be responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or profits incurred by Users.
Users agree to use the Service at their own risk and discretion.
Modification of Terms
Masterchannel and Partner reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway.
The parties agree that the Oslo District Court (Oslo tingrett) shall be the exclusive legal venue for any disputes.
