Masterchannel will issue a refund upon request via support@masterchannel.ai for any subscription within 14 days of purchase (as required by the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act), provided it has not been used. The term “used” implies uploading song(s) or downloading already mastered song(s).
Even if you fall outside of the refund guidelines, feel free to submit a request to support@masterchannel.ai, and we will review it.
