How it works
Masterchannel’s White Labeling solution is the most efficient way to increase customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue on your platform. We provide an embeddable mastering component, removing the need for complex implementation, development, or infrastructure costs.
While all operations are performed on Masterchannel’s high-performance servers, the experience remains seamlessly integrated into your platform’s native environment.
Once integrated, your users can:
- Upload & Master: Submit tracks directly through your webpage.
- Purchase & Download: Pay for high-quality mastered files within the interface.
- Direct Support: Access a built-in chat to receive technical assistance directly from the Masterchannel team.
As a partner, you will receive:
- Partner Dashboard: Track song uploads, sales volume, and customer acquisition data.
- Simple Payouts: Every quarter, we provide a statement of your earnings, which is 40% of the net revenue. Simply send us an invoice for that amount, and we will process your payment.
Getting started
- Sign Up: Create an account at Masterchannel and select the “Partner” tier.
- Review Terms: Read our Terms & Conditions.
- Submit Details: Email the following information to partner@masterchannel.ai

| Service Name | The name of your platform/brand. |
| Service Link | The URL where the service will be hosted. |
| Brand Color | Your primary brand color in HEX format (e.g., #000000). |
| Retail Price | The price you wish to charge end-users (minimum $4/song). |
| Billing Email | Where you would like to receive quarterly statements. |
Once we receive your details, we will set up your service within 3–5 business days.
