Masterchannel accepts most common audio formats. The most important criteria are:
- Files must be longer than 10 seconds.
- Files cannot be silent or too quiet. In your DAW, the level/dB meter should show clear, continous signal activity (not just occasional noise or a flat line).
- The maximum file duration is dependent on the sample rate. At 44.1 kHz, the maximum duration is approx. one hour. Higher sample rates allow proportionally shorter maximum durations.
